SEOUL, April 6 (Yonhap) -- A Busan promotional video which features the addictive chorus "Eyhey, Ma, Hamo" in the Busan dialect is gaining popularity on social media.

Busan city announced on the 6th that the video they made along with the Busan Tourism Organization last February were exposed about 350 million times in social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook and Tiktok by March 30th and recorded around 1,400,600 views.

Considering the characteristics of the media in China and Southeast Asian countries, various promotional activities were carried out, including a dance challenge with the famous Chinese influencer "Wang Hong" which attracted lots of attention.

In the "Sanbok Road (hillside road)" section, a scene of the bus handling the curves with lots of flexibility and the beautiful view of the sea from the bus is captured.

In the episode of "Busan vibe," along with the "Busan Eomuk (Busan Fishcake)" episode that shows the Euomuk street in the Bupyeong Kkangtong Market, the dynamic aspects of the Busan people is shown, centering the Sajik Baseball Stadium, where it is also known for its "dde-chang (fan-chants)"

In these videos, rapper "Mudd The Student" showed his rap while dance crew "HOOK" showcased their fancy dance.

"Eyhey, Ma, Hamo" translates to "Hey, don't worry. You, it's all going to be all right." These words serve as a compound word in the Busan dialect.

Busan city plans to release the season 2 video in the second half of this year.
