SEOUL, Dec. 29 (Yonhap) – S. Korean trot singer Jang Min-ho from “Mr. Trot” will release the first mini album next month.
Jang Min-ho will drop the first mini album “Essay EP.1” on Jan. 6, according to the agency HO Entertainment on Dec. 28. The album’s presale has started on Tuesday afternoon.
“Essay EP.1” is Jang’s first mini album since the debut and the first new song in about 5 months since the digital single “That’s Life,” which was released in August.

The agency explained, “In accordance with the title ‘Essay,’ the album will contain Jang Min-ho’s handwritten thoughts about the album.”
Jang Min-ho debuted in 1997 as a boy group “U-BeS” in the music industry.
After converting to a trot singer in 2011, he drew attention at “Mr. Trot” on TV Chosun after releasing songs, such as “The man says,” “Drama,” and “You know my name.”
