SEOUL, Aug. 6 (Yonhap) -- The upcoming 15th anniversary concert of K-pop girl group 2NE1 sold out in a blink of an eye.
According to YG Entertainment, tickets for the "2024 2NE1 Concert [Welcome Back] in Seoul," set to take place on October 5-6 at the Olympic Hall in Seoul Olympic Park, sold out immediately upon release.
The overwhelming demand was evident with over 400,000 concurrent users attempting to purchase tickets during the sale, highlighting the substantial interest in the group. YG Entertainment expressed gratitude, stating, "We are deeply thankful for the passionate support and love from the fans. We are preparing a memorable and exceptional performance that will be worth the wait."
Following the Seoul concerts in October, 2NE1 will embark on a global tour, performing at the Kobe World Hall in Japan in late November and the Ariake Arena in Tokyo in early December.
