NCT 127 to hold dome tour in Japan from May…to perform 5 times at Tokyo·Osaka·Nagoya

SEOUL, Mar. 24 (Yonhap) – K-pop boy group NCT 127 will hold the concert in Japan from May and meet their fans.

Starting in Nagoya on May 22, NCT 127 will hold the concert “NEO CITY - THE LINK” in 3 cities in Japan, such as Tokyo and Osaka, according to the agency SM Entertainment on Thursday.

It is the first tour concert in 3 years and a month since “NEO CITY : JAPAN - The Origin,” which was held in Japan in 2019.

The concerts will be held five times at large-scale dome venues, including Vantelin Dome Nagoya on May 22, Tokyo Dome from May 28 to 29, and Kyocera Dome Osaka from June 25 to 26.

The agency said, “It is NCT 127’s first dome tour,” adding, “We are looking forward to great attention as the group will show sophisticated music and overwhelming performances at a large upgraded dome concert hall.”

NCT 127 is a unit group of NCT, a super-size boy group introduced by SM in 2016.

The group topped the Oricon daily, weekly, and monthly album charts with their second mini album "LOVEHOLIC,” which was released in Japan in February, 2021, and made good performances on local music charts.
