SEOUL, Mar. 4 (Yonhap) – The 7 cast members of tvN’s “Amazing Saturday” have tested positive for COVID-19.
The agency Artist Company said on Thursday, “P.O(real name Pyo Ji-hoon) has tested positive for the coronavirus from the PCR test on Mar. 2.”
It added, “The singer has completed second vaccine shots and is currently receiving treatments at home in accordance with the guidelines of healthcare authorities after halting all schedules.”
P.O currently appears in "Amazing Saturday." Earlier in the program, 6 cast members, including SHINee’s Key, Park Na-rae, Boom, Han-hae, and Nucksal, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 one after another since Kim Dong-hyun tested positive on Feb. 28.
As P.O also tested positive for COVID-19, the number of confirmed cases increased to 7.
The cast members showed breakthrough infections as they have all received vaccine shots.
Among the remaining cast members, Moon Se-yoon was confirmed in the middle of February and released from quarantine, while Shin Dong-yup and Tae-yeon are known to have no symptoms for now.
The staff from "Amazing Saturday" said, "The broadcasting will not be disturbed since there wasn’t any filming planned for this week.”

The same goes for other programs.
Actor Wi Ha-joon has been diagnosed with COVID-19 on Wednesday and cancelled all of his schedules, including the upcoming dramas “Little Women” and “Gyeongseong Creature(translated).”
