Korean Horror film 'Nuelbom Garden' to star Jo Yoon-hee and Kim Joo-ryung

SEOUL, June 28 (Yonhap) -- Korean Horror movie "Neulbom Garden" has successfully finished casting its actors and actresses announced, JNC Media Group on Tuesday.

Neulbom Garden featured in the movie is a restaurant located in Jecheon inside of Chungbuk province which is considered one of top three most haunted places in South Korea. Other than Neulbom Garden, director Jeong Beom-sik used Gonjiam psychiatric hospital in his movie in 2018.

"Neulbom Garden" is a movie about a recently widowed character So-hee who stumbles upon odd, and scary experiences after visiting Neulbom Garden which is an inheritance of her husband.

South Korean actress Jo Yoon-hee will be returning to screen in 6 years after “LUCKY” as So-hee. Also actress Kim Joo-ryung who became more successful after staring in a mega hit Netflix series “Squid Game” will be appearing as an older sister of So-hee, and Heo Dong-won who acted out detective in the movie “The Outlaw” and “The Roundup“ will be acting the husband of So-hee, Chang-soo.

Director Ku Bon who worked on “RANGZONG”, “Memoir of a Murderer”, “The Chaser” and more will be leading the production of “Neulbom Garden”.
