SEOUL February 7 (Yonhap) -- Drama series featuring South Korean high school students who struggle to fight off alien species instead of competing against one another to get in to college will premiere soon.
Upcoming TVING original series “After school War Activities” will premiere in March, addressed TVING on Tuesday.
“After school War Activity” depicts high school students who fight off the alien objects which filled the atmosphere of the Earth, in order to survive students picks up various weapons to fight off and defend their world. The upcoming show originates from the Webtoon by the same name which attracted a lot of readers by successfully portraying the various human types.
Class members of 3-2 leads the story as the plot thickens, various rising stars such as Kim Ki-hae, Choi Moon-hee, Kim Soo-kyum, Lee Yeon, Kwon Eun-bin, Moon Sang-min and more will be acting out the characters throughout the series.
Kim Ki-hae, will act out the character Kim Chi-yeol, actress Choi Moon-hee will act out the mysterious Lee Na-ra. Actress Kim Soo-kyum and Lee Yeon will act out Kwon Il-ha, and No Ye-seol. Finally Kwon Eun-bin will act out Yeon Bo-ra and Moon Sang-min will act out the character Wang Tae-man.
Character Lee Joon-ho who follows the rules to survive and might look callous towards students but always stands by the kids and cares about them will be acted by Shin Hyun-soo, and soldier Kim Won-bin will be acted out by Lee Soon-won, teacher Park Eun-young will be acted out by Lim Sae-mi.
Producer Sung Young-il known for his production “Class of Lies,” in 2019, and the writer Lee Nam-kyu known for his work “The Light in Your Eyes” participated in the production as the creator.
