SEOUL, Feb. 7(Yonhap) – S. Korean actor Kim Min-jae transforms into a psychiatrist of the Joseon dynasty.
Kim will star in tvN’s new drama “Joseon Psychiatrist Yoo Se-poong(translated)” as Yoo Se-poong, according to the agency YamYam Entertainment on Feb. 7.
“Joseon Psychiatrist Yoo Se-poong” depicts the story of Yoo Se-poong, a well-known physician, being kicked out due to conspiracy within the palace and becoming a real doctor after meeting Gye Ji-han(Kim Sang-kyung) and Seo Eun-woo(Kim Hyang-gi) from the strange and beautiful Gyesu Village.
Yoo Se-poong, played by Kim Min-jae, is a head acupuncturist with excellent acupuncture skills to be called the legend of the palace, who is caught up in an unexpected incident on his way up and falls into a acupuncture with poor performances.
“Joseon Psychiatrist Yoo Se-poong” will be aired in the second half of this year.
