LD Story and Sky E&M decides to merge

SEOUL, Jan. 19 (Yonhap) -- Entertainment Management Company LD Story announced that it has decided to merge with Sky E&M, on Wednesday.

More than 70 broadcasters, singers, comedians, and actors will belong to the company that will be created by the merger of the two companies. LDD Story said, "This will be the largest in Korea."

LD Story includes Yoo Se-yoon, Jang Do-yeon, Jang Dong-min, and Yoo Sang-moo, while Sky E&M includes Lee Young-ja, Jee Seok-jin, Kim Sook, Hong Jin-kyung, Jang Yoon-jeong, Boom, and Lee Chan-won.

Lee Dong-yeol, CEO of LD Story, said, "Based on trust in each other, the two companies that have been interacting for a long time have decided to merge," adding, "We will diversify our activities under one roof and create synergy effects."
