SEOUL, Sept. 30 (Yonhap) -- BLACKPINK's Lisa is set to release her new single "Moonlit Floor" on October 4, as announced by Sony Music Entertainment Korea on the 30th.
This track comes approximately two months after the release of her previous single, "New Woman," in August. Moonlit Floor samples the song "Kiss Me" by the American band Sixpence None the Richer.
Lisa first unveiled the new track during her performance at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City's Central Park on the 28th (local time), where she shared the stage as a headliner alongside artists like Post Malone and Doja Cat. During the performance, she wowed the audience with her hit songs "Rockstar," "Lalisa," and "Money," along with the unreleased new single.
Earlier this month, Lisa won the "Best K-Pop" award at the MTV Video Music Awards. She is also set to make her acting debut in HBO's original series "The White Lotus Season 3."
