SEOUL, December 8 (Yonhap) -- Boy group BTS's agency Hybe's group &TEAM made their debut in Japan on December 8 with their first mini album "First Howling : ME."

The album sold 111,047 copies on the first day of its release, reaching the top of the Oricon daily album chart, according to Hybe Labels Japan on Thursday.

The album also topped the Japanese iTunes Top Album chart on December 7. It also entered the iTunes "Top Album" chart in 22 countries around the world.

&TEAM will hold a debut showcase in Tokyo, Japan, on Thursday afternoon.
