Actress Won Jin-a opens up about her recent drama and resolutions in the future

SEOUL, March 10th (Yonhap) -- Actress Won Jin-a, who is famous for playing a competent marketer Yoon Song-ah in the JTBC drama "She Would Never Know", is expected to be busier this year.

Along with the drama, actress Won Jin-a also appeared in the movie "Voice" and the Netflix original series "Hellbound", gaining more attention after every show.

In a recent written interview with Yonhap, the actress said, "I was able to reunite with the same production team I worked with when I shot the drama, 'Rain or Shine'. I was able to experiment different acting methods with the cast and the production team in a free and equal atmosphere."

Won Jin-a also talked about her character, Yoon Song-ah, saying "She is attractive in a way where she accomplishes tasks she is given and is always confident in herself."

In addition, the 30-year-old actress talked about a time where her character had to choose between work and love in the drama. "I think work and love are separate areas in a person's life so it was hard to understand that someone would have to choose between work and love," she explained.

The actress also praised her co-stars, Ro-woon, also known as a member of the K-pop boy band SF9 as well as actor Lee Hyun-wook. "Ro-woon took this acting job very seriously and he was very open to try different acting methods. In terms of actor Lee Hyun-wook, he was already very experienced so he was able to film in a more stable and comfortable manner."

Actress Won Jin-a debuted in 2015 with the movie "A Game of Catch" and has been steadily working on her acting career after she starred in dramas as the leading role from 2017. As an actress who has been acting for six years, Won Jin-a expressed her confidence in acting.

"I think I'm able to stand where I am today because I made efforts to fulfill my role to fullest rather than just having a general desire to act. When I was in my twenties I was clumsy in some ways but I worked hard without complaining. Thanks to my hard efforts, I can say that I'm somewhat in a stable place in my life as an actress.
