HYBE has music labels, such as Big Hit Music, the BTS’ agency, BELIFT LAB, Source Music, Pledis Entertainment, KOZ Entertainment, HYBE LABELS JAPAN, and HYBE AMERICA.
Each label has been holding separate auditions so far, and this is the first time that 7 labels have come together in a multi-label audition.
The audition will be held in Las Vegas four times from Apr. 8 to 9(U.S. Time), and BTS will hold a concert "BTS Permission to Dance on Stage-Las Vegas” on the same day.

Blockberry Creative, which drew attention with their debut project that announces a girl group member each month, plans to launch a global audition "Boy of the Month(translated)" project to find boy group members who can actively perform from 2023.
The music scene has agreed that agencies should not wait for talented people, but rather actively seek them on their own.
The staff from an agency that has produced several idol groups said, "Discovering a talent is like asking for the moon," adding, "It is not easy to only foster trainees who come to the agency as group members to perform in the global industry."
Another staff from the agency mentioned, "Since it recently costs billions of won for an idol group to perform for a year, we do our best to find decent members from the beginning.”
He added, "Those who dream of becoming singers are also competing to join so-called large agencies, such as HYBE, SM, and JYP, which makes harder for medium-sized agencies to discover a talent," adding, "That's why they always hold public auditions or global auditions."
