SEOUL, Feb. 22 (Yonhap) – Marvel Studios’ new “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” has surpassed 1 million cumulative audiences in Korea, distributor Walt Disney Company Korea said on Wednesday.
“Ant-Man 3,” which was released on the 15th and topped the box office for a week in a row until the previous day, has surpassed 1 million audiences this morning, the eighth day of its release.
This is slower than Marvel Studios’ latest film “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” which surpassed 1 million on the fifth day of its release.
“Ant-Man 3” tells the story of the Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) family, who fell into the quantum realm, confronting the villain Kang (Jonathan Majors).
