New Jeans' 'ETA' music video receives bronze at 'Spike Asia 2024'

SEOUL March 18 (Yonhap) -- The music video for the group New Jeans' "ETA" received a bronze award in the music category at the Asia-Pacific advertisement festival "Spikes Asia."

Group's agency, ADOR, announced on the 18th that the music video of New Jeans' "ETA" was honored with the Bronze Spikes Asia at the recent "Spikes Asia 2024."

New Jeans was also shortlisted in the same category for a campaign collaborating with the brand Coca-Cola.

"Spikes Asia" is an advertising festival in the Asia-Pacific region organized by the Cannes Lions Organizing Committee, where 3,200 campaigns from 24 countries and regions competed this year.

The music video for "ETA," a track from New Jeans' second mini-album "Get Up," released in July 2023, was produced as part of the "Shot on iPhone" campaign by global brand Apple, directed by Shin Woo-seok.

When it was revealed that the music video was shot using the iPhone 14 Pro, attracting attention, ADOR's CEO Min Hee-jin explained, "I wanted to create a music video with lightweight equipment, breaking away from the conventional framework."
