SEOUL, Aug. 7 (Yonhap) -- England’s legendary singer, Elton John revealed a video of himself singing “Permission to Dance,” South Korean boy band BTS’s new song.

John tweeted on his account a short clip in which he sang the song’s verse “When the nights get colder, And the rhythms got you falling behind.”

He also left a message of gratitude after his clear and deep vocal saying, “Thanks BTS, love to the Army.”

It was his response to RM’s previous video singing “When it all seems like its wrong, Just sing along to Elton John.” The two artists have done a “contactless duet.”

John also participated in BTS’s “Permission to Dance Challenge” on YouTube Shorts.

He uploaded a video on YouTube dancing the sign languages in BTS’s choreography. The signs mean “enjoy,” “dance,” and “peace.”

Last month, at the song’s release date, he uploaded a cheering post saying, “When it all seems like it’s right, I sing along to ‘Permission to Dance,” which is twist of his lyrics with his name in.
