SEOUL November 24 (Yonhap) -- South Korean Violinist Clara Jumi Kang signed a contract with UK’s well known classic management company Intermusica, addressed arts management and entertainment company Vincero on Thursday.
Intermusica is a classic artist management company which kicked opened in 1981. Artists such as Renaud Capucon, Leonidas Kavakos, Midori, James Ehnes and more of well known violinist and pianists Yuja Wang, Richard Goode, Alexandre Kantorow, Cellist, Misa Maiskis and more are under the management of the company.
As of South Korean artists, Baritone singer Kim Gi-hoon, violinist Yang In-mo, tenor singer, Baek Seok-jong are currently signed with the management company.
Intermusica addressed the signing of Clara Jumi Kang through their official webpage and by addressing “Clara Jumi-kang is one of the world class violinists from south Korea known for her balance, sophisticated beauty, and more.”
Clara Jumi Kang is a Korean German who successfully finished her domestic tour of Bach’s Sonatas and Partitas for solo violin, and Beethoven’s complete violin sonatas for a whole year in 2021.
Violinist debuted on the stage of BBC’s prom, performed alongside pianist Kim Sun-wook in Brussels and various place, also Clara Jumi-kang will be collaborating with the Deutsche Kammer Philharmonie in December.
