SEOUL,
Jan. 20 (Yonhap) --
According to agency YG Entertainment on Tuesday, the group held its "DEADLINE" world tour shows at the iconic venue from Friday to Sunday last week.
The concerts marked BLACKPINK’s third appearance at Tokyo Dome, following performances there in 2019 and 2023.
All three shows were sold out, with a total audience of 165,000. On the opening day, four landmarks in Japan — including Tokyo Tower and Kobe Port Tower — were illuminated in the group’s signature pink color to mark the occasion.

BLACKPINK kicked off the concerts with hit songs such as "Kill This Love" and "Pink Venom," before taking fans on a journey through its career with performances ranging from debut track "Whistle" to its July 2024 release "Jump."
"It feels bittersweet how quickly time passed," the group said. "We received such tremendous energy over the three days. We want to express our love and gratitude to each and every fan."
After wrapping up the Tokyo Dome shows, BLACKPINK will conclude its world tour with performances at Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong from Jan. 24 to 26. The tour began in July last year at Goyang Stadium and has included 33 concerts across 16 cities.
The group is set to release a new mini album, "DEADLINE," on Feb. 27. This will mark BLACKPINK’s first album release in about three years and five months since its second full-length album, "BORN PINK."
