SEOUL August 20 (Yonhap) -- Executive producer Lee Soo-man of SM Entertainment is on a hunt to find producers and artist for so called Spop also known as popular music in Saudi Arabia.

SM Entertainment signed MOU with Saudi Arabia Ministry of Investment under the idea that he will be looking for artists and producers of Spop, announced SM Entertainment on Saturday.

At the MOU singing ceremony, Lee Soo-man executive producer, undersecretary of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Investment, representative of SM Entertainment and more participated.

Under the support of Executive producer Lee Soo-man and Saudi Arabia Ministry of Investment, SM Entertainment will look for artists, producers, establishment of metaverse, production of unique contents, creation of products using intellectual property.

“I hope SM Entertainment, Saudi Arabia and I can benefit off of this MOU.” adding “By using culture technology that I have created, I plan to create a music ecosystem which Saudi Arabian people can enjoy.” Announced Lee Soo-man throughout the ceremony.
