SEOUL, Nov. 9 (Yonhap) -- Rookie actor Bae Hyeon-jun, with Hyung Won of MONSTA X will lead an upcoming Kakao TV Wednesdays-Saturdays drama “Fly Again.”
Actor Bae has been cast for “Fly Again,” his agency Major9 announced Tuesday.
The series is a high-teen musical drama where a group of youngsters in a renowned art high school gather to form a K-POP club “Villains.” The young boys and girls chase after their dreams and friendship midst their passion for dearly dreamt spotlight on stage.
Bae will play a 6-year trainee Gu Chang-hwi who is the only “Villains” member to be included in a well-known entertainment company. Gu Chang-hwi is jealous and envious about his friend and role model Han Yo-han (Hyung Won) and tries hard to get into a debut=group.
The cast includes Kim Myung-ji, Tony Ahn and Park Eun-hye as well.
The first episode will be unveiled at 9 a.m. on the 13th.
