SEOUL, September 13 (Yonhap) -- Disney Plus will be releasing a new crime drama, "Detective Record."
Disney Plus announced on Tuesday that their new original series, "Detective Record," will be released in October.
The show "Detective Record" depicts the story of a detective who becomes a suspect of the person who killed a colleague with a phone call and chases his past to catch an unidentified blackmailer.
Actor Lee Sung-min plays Kim Taek-rok, a detective who chases his past after becoming a murder suspect all of a sudden. Actor Jingu will be playing detective Guk Jin-han, who works with detective Kim Taek-rok to chase the blackmailer.
Gyeong Su Jin and Lee Hak-joo will be playing Lee Sung-ah and Son Gyeong-chan, juniors of Kim Taek-rok, working on the same homicide team.
Director Han Dong-Hwa, who produced the dramas "Bad Guys," "Squad 38," and "Navillera," took charge of the production of this drama.
