Singer-songwriter Sam Kim to drop collaboration single 'Someday' with Indonesian singer Raisa

SEOUL, Nov. 2 (Yonhap) -- South Korean singer-songwriter Sam Kim will release a collaboration single "Someday" with famous Indonesian singer Raisa on Nov. 12, according to his agency Antenna.

Raisa, one of the most popular female artists in Indonesia, is known to have sweet yet comfortable vocals.

"Sam Kim's deep voice and unique tone is expected create great synergy with Raisa's sensuous musicality," Antenna said.

On Nov. 12, the day when "Someday" is revealed, an online press conference will also be held in Indonesia to commemorate the release of the collaboration song.

"It was a meaningful and fun experience to be able to work with Raisa through this collaboration," Sam Kim said. "I hope fans in both Korea and Indonesia will enjoy 'Someday'."

In 2014, Sam Kim finished second on Korea's reality singing competition show "K-pop Star 3" and debuted with his 2016 EP "I Am Sam."
