SEOUL, Mar. 1 (Yonhap) – K-pop superband BTS’ hit song “Butter” has ranked No. 4 on the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry(IFPI)'s “Global Digital Single Chart” for the year of 2021, according to the agency Big Hit Music on Tuesday.
The chart, in which BTS ranked No. 10 with "Dynamite," measures the world's best-selling singles across digital formats like downloads and streams.
“Global Digital Single Chart,” which is released by IFPI every year, ranks the world’s best-selling singles across digital formats like downloads and streams.
BTS succeeded in entering the TOP 10 of the chart for two consecutive years as the group ranked No. 10 with “Dynamite” in 2020.
The group is scheduled to hold its first offline concert in Seoul in two and a half years at Jamsil Olympic Stadium on Mar. 10, 12, and 13.
