SEOUL, August 2 (Yonhap) --North Jeolla province announced 13 Cheon li-gil (400km road) where one will be able to walk and heal with the cool breeze in summer.
The Cheon li-gil of North Jeolla Province was established in 2017 to connect excellent ecological, cultural, and historical resources while spreading a healthy walking culture. Currently, 44 routes have been opened with a length of 405 km.
Among them, North Jeolla province announced 13 routes by selecting routes with good reviews on blogs and social media.
The recommended routes included Gunsan Guseul Moi-gil, Gunsan Mulbit-gil, Daejangguem Masil-gil, Jinan Yongdamdam Gamdogbyeolut-gil and many more.
"I wish one would be able to put down the burdens of their daily life and heal with the Cheong li-gil of North Jeolla province," said an official from South Jeolla province. "We plan to create a variety of eco-tourism resources including the creation of an eco-camping in Samchulli-gil in connection with Cheon li-gi."
