SEOUL February 9 (Yonhap) -- The news that actor Yoo Ah-in is under police investigation regarding frequent administration of propofol has also become a hot topic in China.

Investigation of Yoo Ah-in regarding the misuse of propofol has received over 900 million views on Weibo, China's leading social media and managed to rank within the top 10 frequently search terms as the cumulative number of views continued to increase.

Chinese leading medias also rushed to report on the subject matter of investigation regarding misusage of the contraband by Yoo Ah-in in the form of quoting Korean media reports.
