SEOUL, May 31 (Yonhap) -- JTBC's "Hot Singers," which features senior actors, including Kim Young-ok and Na Moon-hee, who gathered to form a choir, ended with around 3 percent in viewership.

According to a rating research company Nielsen Korea on Tuesday, the final episode of JTBC's "Hot Singers," which was aired on Monday at 9 p.m., recorded a viewer rating of 3.2 percent.

In the final episode, an award ceremony of eight categories was held for choir members during the disbanding ceremony, which opened with the trot performance of actor Kim Kwang-kyu's “Open sesame(translated).”

Kim Young-ok's "A Thousand Winds" won the grand prize in the most video views category, while Na Moon-hee's "My Old Story" won the grand prize in the best stage category selected by the members.

The 16 members sang "This Is Me" again, which was sung for the special performance of the Baeksang Arts Awards, as their last performance of the disbanding ceremony. 

"Hot Singers" has received favorable reviews for depicting warm-hearted moments of the members encouraging each other and developing together amid a series of competitive audition music programs.
