According to the Recording Industry Association of Japan, the single surpassed cumulative shipments of 1 million copies as of July, earning “Million” certification. The association certifies albums each month based on cumulative shipments, with levels including Gold (100,000+), Platinum (250,000+), Double Platinum (500,000+), Triple Platinum (750,000+) and Million (1,000,000+).

“Reaching the ‘Million’ milestone, which we have long aimed for, in time for our third debut anniversary makes us truly happy,” the group said. “We were able to get here thanks to our fans, ‘Lune.’ We will continue to do our best to be artists they can be proud of.”

The group will hold encore concerts for its first Asia tour at Japan’s Saitama Super Arena on Oct. 25–26.
