SEOUL, March 9 (Yonhap) -- Sing-songwriter DAVII (Choi Kyu-wan) will make a comeback with a new mini-album “Today” on March 15, according to agency Always, Tuesday.

Under the theme of ‘Today that’s Never Coming Back,’ this album contains an image of today that DAVII thinks of. The album consists of 5 songs, including pop jazz based on piano and ballad.

The agency said, "Through this album, which is released after 3 months, we will not only provide DAVII's attractive vocals and unique sensibility but also share the singer’s thoughts about the end of the day."

DAVII will hold a comeback showcase online on the 14th, a day before the album's release, and meet with fans. On the 26th, the solo concert "Day & Night" will be held.

DAVII, who debuted in 2014 with a single "Want You Back," is a singer and producer.

The artist co-produced several hit songs such as Heize's "Star" and "You, Clouds, Rain" and made his name known to the public by appearing on JTBC's band music contest program "Super Band 2" last year.
