SEOUL, Nov. 23 (Yonhap) -- South Korean rapper Lee Young-ji will act as a promotional ambassador for the Seoul City.
The Mayor Oh Se-hoon delivered a plaque marking Lee’s appointment as the city’s promotional ambassador, according to Seoul City official Tuesday. She kick off promotional activities starting with appearing in “2021 Blue Comes from Indigo” (translated) which is to be revealed through Seoul City’s YouTube Channel. The program is a mentoring content where promotional ambassadors for Seoul appear.
After winning the 2019 Mnet “High School Rapper 3,” she has been welcomed in various fields and shows with her cheerful character and straightforward words.
“Lee is receiving immense love with her bright and positive energy so we selected her as our promotional ambassador and an icon of Seoul youngsters,” explained Seoul City officials.
