SEOUL, July 9 (Yonhap) -- Members of the K-pop Super Star group BTS has successfully made it into the UK Official Singles Chart after announcing BTS’ second chapter, individual activities.
Latest chart revealed on July 8 (UK time) showed collaborative track of Jungkook of BTS and Charlie Puth “Left & Right” at 48th place. “Left & Right” was charted at 41st place in a previous week.
“Left & Right” is a funky upbeat pop song produced by Charlie Puth. Reunification of Jungkook of BTS and Charlie Puth drew a lot of attention from their fans because it has been 4 years since the two last collaborated in MBC Plus x Genie Music Awards in 2018.
BTS’ first official member to release their solo album, J-Hope’s pre-release track “More” successfully penetrated the UK Official Singles Chart and took 70th place.
“More” is an old school hip hop genre track which express J-HOPE’s ambition to show a variety of looks to the world using unique shouting techniques.
Meanwhile, BTS’ anthology album “Proof” successfully secured its place on the UK Official Albums Chart as 100th place on the list showing their popularity for 4 consecutive weeks.
