SEOUL, Jan. 27(Yonhap) – S. Korean actor and singer Lee Seung-gi has donated 100 million won to support pediatric and adolescent patients who are receiving treatments in Severance Hospital, according to the agency Hook Entertainment on Jan. 27.
Lee previously donated 100 million won to the Association of Disabled Supporters of a rehabilitation hospital in 2019. The donation was used to provide wheelchairs, prosthetic legs and arms, and posture correctors for 23 young patients with spinal cord injury.
Lee said, "I was very thankful for the letters from young friends who received help from the last donation, and I thought I received much more than I shared," adding, "I hope this donation will also help children live healthier and happier lives and achieve their dreams."
