SEOUL December 31 (Yonhap) -- Top female golfer in the world, New Zealand Korean Lydia Ko got married to Chung Joon, a son of the vice president of Hyundai Card on December 30 at Myungdong Cathedral.

Lydia Ko who is known to have dated Chung Joon since 2021, addressed their plans to get married on December of 2022 in June.

Lydia Ko who had successfully debuted as a professional golfer in 2013 successfully won 19 of the LPGA tours, and for the major tournaments she won the “Evian Championship” in 2015 and ANA inspiration in 2016.
