SEOUL, Feb. 22 (Yonhap) -- Na Hoon-a, who was loved for the song “Tes Bro" in 2020, will return to the music scene with “Fighting Match” (translated).
Na released a new album “Seven-Colored Scent” to celebrate his 55th debut anniversary, on Tuesday.
The album contains a total of 7 songs, including “Fighting Match(translated),” “Hope(translated),” “Wife’s Mother(translated),” “Rain(translated),” “Regret(translate),” and “Change.”
The music video for the new song “Fighting Match" was also revealed at the same time as the album's release.
“Fighting Match” is a song about the futility of life, when you don’t want to be dragged over the years and fight against time, but eventually lose. It is a song in which Na’s uniquely powerful voice stands out.
The music video presented on Danal Entertainment's official YouTube channel features Na Hoon-a's so-called “fighting match" with the devil as a hero.
Na Hoon-a debuted in 1968 with the songs “My Love” and “The Path We Shared Words,” composed by Sim Hyung-sup, and has become the “Emperor of Trot” by releasing hit songs, including “Far Away Hometown,” “Waterwell is Turning,” “Hometown Station,” “Forever(translated),” “Any Time,” and “Weed(translated).”
Na appeared on a TV show during the 2020 Chuseok holiday to comfort the people who were tired of the pandemic situation and topped the YouTube K-pop popular music video chart with "Tes bro."
