SEOUL, Sept. 2 (Yonhap) -- The organizing committee of G-STAR announced Thursday that it will hold the global game exhibition "G-Star 2021" accordingly to Level 4 distancing rules in Busan this November.
BTB, an intercompany event, is scheduled to be held for three days between Nov. 17-19, and BTC events which involves the general audiences will be held for five days from Nov. 21.
Since the number of visitors are restricted to one per six square meters (㎡), the period of the BTC event has increased from four days to five days.
The organizing committee will control three sides of the event venue, which is BEXCO's outdoor plaza in Busan, and implement social distancing procedures such as checking tickets and temperatures, disinfecting the area, and preparing electronic entry lists.
The event will have entry lists for each participating booth, and the booth personnel will undergo a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test within three days from the start of the event.
Like last year, online exhibitions will be run on the G-Star TV.
Participants will be able to apply on the official website by Sept. 24. The organizing committee will officially announce detailed plans for major events later this month, along with the results of the application.
