SEOUL, November 3 (Yonhap) -- "Blackout," the winner of the Kakao Page mystery novel contest, has been reborn as a webtoon.
 
Webtoon "Blackout" will be published every Monday through Kakao Page starting from November 7, announced Production content LabBlue. 
 
This webtoon is an adaptation of the novel of the same name, the gold prize-winning work of the "4th Chumis (Mystery, Mystery, Thriller) Novel Contest" organized by Kakao Page and CJ ENM in 2020.
 
With the theme of "Future Picture," which shows someones 10 years future, it depicts the main character's struggle to prevent the death of his girlfriend, the hidden plot, and the confrontation between society and individual.
 
The painting was done by Bunam, the illustrator who drew the webtoon "humanitarian sensitivity."
