SEOUL December 1 (Yonhap) -- American singer songwriter Kehlani will be performing her first solo concert in South Korea at Yes24 Live Hall located in Gwangjin district in Seoul on Feburary 13, addressed concert planning agency Live National Korea on Thursday.
Kehlani attracted a lot of listeners by showcasing her talent through wide variety of genre such as Pop, Rhythm and Blues with electronic sounds, and more.
First full length album “It Was Good Until It Wasn’t” released in 2020, was placed second on one of the main charts of Billboard “Billboard 200.”
Various south Korean artist such as girl group Mamamoo’s Wheein, Akmu’s Lee S-hyun, Lee Hi, and more covered singer Kehlani’s track “Honey.”
Upcoming concert in February will be Kehlani’s first stage in South Korea in five years since she last performed in “Seoul Jazz Festival” in 2018, and as of solo concert, this will be Kehlani’s first solo concert held in South Korea.
