From Sudoam Temple in Gimcheon, located 900 meters above sea level below the summit of Sudosan Mountain (1,317 meters), the top of Gayasan Mountain (1,433 meters), is visible on a fine day.
Although Sudoam Temple is not very large, it is a historic temple boasting more than a thousand years of history since the Unified Silla period, and there are many stone cultural assets that testify to that era, including two pagodas and a lantern.
