SEOUL, May 17 (Yonhap) -- Hanjin, a global S.Korean logistics company, announced that it has officially released a mobile game called "Delivery King Island," which resembles the delivery service provided by Hanjin.
This three-dimensional (3D) casual arcade
game allows players to enjoy three types of mini games inspired by Hanjin's
main delivery service. The mini games include classifying, loading, and delivering
packages.
The game can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and
various information related to the game can be found at posts posted on Naver
cafe.
Hanjin will hold an event to award wireless earphones such as Galaxy Buds,
Starbucks Giftcards, and Game Gold (money) through a raffle until May 30th.
"We will use the game as a means of continuous communication to attract
customers' understanding and empathy towards people working in delivery and
logistics," an official from Hanjin said. "We will use the proceeds
from attracting advertisements in the game to improve the working environment
of our delivery drivers."
