Where will 2022 take inter-Korean relations? Dialogue and cooperation efforts have remained stalled since 2019, while a new U.S. government’s failed to make headway with Pyongyang and the pandemic’s isolated North Korea more than ever. Yet, South Korean President Moon Jae-in is still hoping to achieve progress before he leaves office.
