Ex-first lady's associate grilled in probe into ex-first lady
A justice ministry vehicle carrying Lee Jong-ho, jailed former head of investment firm Blackpearl Invest and an associate of Kim Keon Hee, wife of former President Yoon Suk Yeol, arrives at the building housing the office of special counsel Min Joong-ki's team in Seoul on Aug. 19, 2025, as Lee was summoned for the second time to be questioned by the team in a probe into allegations of Kim's stock price manipulation after he was served an arrest warrant. Lee is known to have managed Kim's account in connection with the stock price manipulation case involving Deutsch Motors, a BMW dealer in South Korea. (Yonhap)
