Passage of revised Commercial Act
Lawmakers pass a bill, led by the ruling Democratic Party, during a plenary session of the National Assembly in Seoul on Aug. 25, 2025, to revise the Commercial Act in a bid to better protect minority shareholders, with the main opposition People Power Party boycotting the voting. (Yonhap)
