Anniv. of honoring victims of Jeju massacre
Acting President Han Duck-soo (L), who concurrently serves as prime minister, and National Assembly Speaker Woo Won-shik (R) attend a ceremony at the Peace Park in the city of Jeju on South Korea's largest island of the same name on April 3, 2025, to mark the 77th anniversary of paying tribute to victims of a 1948-1954 massacre caused by an ideological rift between residents of Jeju Island and the mainland government.
