SEOUL, May 20 (Yonhap) -- Twice has been recorded as the girl group possessing the most music videos with over billions of views in the world.
Twice's agency, JYP Entertainment announced that the music video of their Japanese song "Breakthrough" exceeded 100 million views on YouTube on May 15th.
It is TWICE's 17th music video with over billion views in a year and it has been 10 months since the video was released in July 2019.
It has surpassed the record of British trio Little Mix, which has 16 music videos with billions of views, the most among girl groups around the world.
Twice's music videos for all of their title tracks such as "TT," "LIKEY," "What Is Love?," "Cheer Up," and "Fancy" have exceeded 100 million views.
They will meet Korean and Japanese fans by releasing their new Korean mini-album "Taste of Love" on June 11th and their 3rd Japanese regular album "Perfect World" on July 28th.
