SEOUL, May 28 (Yonhap) -- K-pop supergroup BTS is continuing their winning streak at the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Thursday.

According to the K-pop act's agency, Big Hit Music, BTS was announced as the winners for "Best Music Video" and "Best Fan Army" at the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on the 27th (KST).

BTS won the "Best Music Video" category for its disco-pop track "Dynamite," which was released last year. This is the group's second time after winning the same award last year for "Boy With Luv."

In addition, BTS's fan club "ARMY" received the "Best Fan Army" award, which is given to the best fandom, for the fourth consecutive year since 2018.

During BTS's acceptance speech, the septet said, "We couldn't have done it without you guys (ARMYs)," in a video that was later uploaded on iHeartRadio's official Twitter page.

In addition, Son Sung-deuk, the performance director of Big Hit Music, who made the choreography for BTS's "Dynamite," won the award for the "Favorite Music Video Choreography" category.

Country duo Dan & Shay took the trophy for "Best Duo/Group of the Year," which was one of the four categories BTS was nominated for.

The iHeartradio Music Awards began in 2014 and was hosted by iHeartRadio, an American online radio platform.
