On March 19, 2024, in Seongam Art Hall, a press conference was held pertaining to the rape case of an Omega X member and the previous director (Director Kang) of Spire Entertainment. Spire Entertainment was also the former agency of Omega X. The conference brought up claims of director Kang being the victim, not the perpetrator.
