Samsung Electronics chair's son commissioned as Navy officer
Lee Jee-ho (R), the son of Samsung Electronics Co. Chairman Lee Jae-yong, is united with his mother, Lim Se-ryeong, vice chairperson of Daesang Holdings, on Nov. 28, 2025, as he attends a ceremony at the Naval Academy in Changwon, about 380 kilometers southeast of Seoul, to be commissioned as a Navy officer after completing 11 weeks of training as an officer candidate.
