Diwali (Deepavali) is one of the biggest festivals celebrated by Hindus, Sikhs, and Jains around the world. This year, it was celebrated from November 4 to 8 and people decorated their homes with diays (oil lamps) and rangolis, exchanged gifts, had family feasts and lit fireworks during the five-day festival.
