Have you ever heard of "age-quake"?
It is a term coined by British scholar Paul Wallace to compare the destrcutive impact of an aging population to an earthquake.
Recently, South Korean Finance Minister Hong Nam-ki used the term, warning that Korea will face an age-quake in 10 years.
