SEOUL, Aug. 18 (Yonhap) -- About 100,000 people visited CJ Olive Young's "Olive Young Festa LA 2026" held in Los Angeles, the company said Tuesday.

Following the opening of its first offline store in the United States in May, Olive Young held the festival from Aug. 14-16 in connection with "KCON LA 2026."

Fifty-five K-beauty and lifestyle brands participated in the event, showcasing their signature products and a variety of interactive content at a booth spanning about 4,700 square meters.

The entrance played the sounds of Seoul subway stations, while the interior recreated the atmosphere of Seoul streets with Korean-language road signs, a bus stop and a crosswalk.

Alongside spaces where visitors could try K-beauty products, Olive Young also operated a service zone offering skin-condition analysis.

"Olive Young will expand opportunities for Korean brands to meet global customers and strengthen its role as a platform supporting the growth of the K-beauty ecosystem in the U.S. market," an Olive Young official said.
