- 115g melted unsalted butter

- 30g coco powder

- 100g brown sugar

- 100g caster sugar

- 1/2 tsp vanilla 

- 1 tsp espresso

- 2 eggs

~ mix all these ingredients and then add the dry one 

- 100g all purpose flour

- 20g bread flour

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- pinch of salt

~ then add your fav chocolate ( felix use hershey's chocolate )

~ preheat oven to 180*c

~ bake for around 20-25 mins
